When you connect Otter.ai to a meeting, an “OtterPilot” participant joins the call. Everyone in the room can see it. This is fine for plenty of internal team meetings where everyone expects it and nobody cares. Craqly’s core value is what happens during the meeting. It listens in real time and surfaces suggestions, talking points, and context while you’re still in the conversation. The post-meeting summary exists, but it’s secondary to the live assistance.
