Salesken Alternatives: A Desktop Live Copilot for Reps Without a QA Team
Salesken’s own pricing page gives away the business model in one line: licenses are “priced per recorded user,” with an additional platform fee based on the number of supported users. Recorded user. That’s a telephony-shaped product, sold to organisations that record every call because someone has to review them, and the module list backs it up: Revenue Intelligence AI, Quality Assurance AI, Field Sales QA, and an AI Sales Assistant.
Craqly overlaps with exactly one of those four. It’s worth being upfront about that before anyone switches on the wrong assumption.
What Salesken does
Salesken analyses sales conversations across a funnel and pushes findings into CRM. The headline promise on their site is that it “listens to every call, predicts every win, and delivers real-time coaching to close deals faster.” Four things are really being sold. Revenue intelligence for pipeline transparency and deal outcome prediction. Quality assurance, marketed as 100 percent automated QA and compliance monitoring, which flags compliance risk without a human sampling calls. A note-taker that transcribes, summarises and pushes data to CRM. And the live piece, the AI Sales Assistant, which delivers “live AI-driven prompts for objection handling, competitor mentions, and key talking points.”
The named buyers are sales teams, RevOps, compliance teams and customer support, across fintech, banking, SaaS, real estate and healthcare. Three of those five are regulated industries. That’s not a coincidence. Automated compliance monitoring over recorded calls is arguably Salesken’s strongest single feature, and it is a feature that no individual-seat desktop tool has any business claiming.
Is Craqly a Salesken alternative?
Only for the live prompts. Craqly is a native desktop app for one person that reads call audio locally and suggests what to say while you’re talking. It has no CRM integration, no QA scoring, no compliance monitoring and no manager dashboard. If you’re buying to audit a floor of 40 reps against regulatory scripts, Salesken is the product and Craqly is not a substitute for any part of it.
The two also assume different calls. Salesken’s capture story runs through dialers and telephony integration, which fits high-volume outbound and inside sales where a rep might make 60 calls a day through a company dialer. Craqly assumes you’re on a video call in a browser or desktop client, with system audio playing on your own machine. Different plumbing, different rep, different day.
Capture: dialer integration versus local system audio
Salesken connects to your existing CRM, dialer and sales tools, and its note-taker “automatically joins calls” for meetings. So there are two capture paths depending on the channel, and at least one of them puts something in the meeting.
Craqly has a single path and no integrations to configure. It’s a macOS and Windows app that captures system audio locally through the operating system, on macOS via ScreenCaptureKit. It never joins the call as a participant, so nothing appears in the roster and no join notification fires. Stealth mode, which keeps the Craqly window out of screen capture, is included on every plan including the free Starter tier.
Both meeting platforms make bot-based capture visible, which is the practical reason people care. Microsoft’s developer documentation describes a meeting bot as a genuine multiparty call participant that can be listed in the roster, muted and removed. Google’s Meet support docs say participants get a notification when recording starts or stops. If your prospect noticing your tooling costs you nothing, ignore all of this. For a lot of reps it costs the first two minutes of the call.
The honest counterweight: one mixed local stream means weaker speaker separation than a per-participant recording, and Craqly does not produce the kind of forensic transcript a compliance team would want.

Pricing
Salesken publishes no numbers. Its pricing page describes the model (per recorded user licences, plus a platform fee scaled to supported users, with integration included at no cost) and lists the modules you can buy separately or as a discounted bundle, then sends you to a request form. So the shape is knowable and the number isn’t.
Craqly is priced in credits, where one credit is one minute of live session and credits reset monthly. Starter is $0 with 20 credits, all five session modes and stealth. Pro is $19 for 180 credits, which is three hours, and adds session history, analytics and a project workspace. Pro Max is $39 for 420 credits, roughly seven hours, with custom AI personas and instructions, extended responses and multiple workspaces. Ultra is $69 for 780 credits. Annual billing takes 20 percent off. Payment through Razorpay for rupees or PayPal for dollars.
One practical note for anyone comparing these on cost. A per-recorded-user model charges for every call you record whether or not anyone reviews it. A credit model charges only for minutes you actually run the assistant. Those two curves cross somewhere, and where they cross depends entirely on how much of your call volume you genuinely want assisted. I’d guess a rep running fewer than about seven assisted hours a month comes out ahead on credits, but that’s a guess about your usage, not a claim about Salesken’s rate card.
Where Craqly loses
Compliance. If a regulator can ask you to produce evidence that reps followed a script, Craqly gives you nothing and Salesken gives you the whole answer. Automated QA across every conversation, bias-free scoring and instant compliance flags are the sort of capability that replaces a team of reviewers, and Craqly has no equivalent.
Craqly also does nothing for pipeline. No deal outcome prediction, no at-risk deal detection, no buyer intent signals rolled up for a leader. And no CRM enrichment, so if manual logging is your bottleneck, buying Craqly leaves that bottleneck untouched. Salesken’s multi-language real-time assistance is also broader than what a single-seat tool tends to cover well, particularly on phone audio.
Who should pick Salesken
Pick Salesken if you run a team through a dialer, especially in a regulated vertical, and QA or compliance review is currently eating human hours. Pick it if you need deal-level prediction and at-risk flagging across a real pipeline. Pick it if CRM enrichment from calls is worth paying for. Pick it if field sales QA is a thing your organisation actually has, which is a fairly specific and fairly serious requirement.
Pick Craqly if you’re an individual seller or a small founding team on video calls, you want live help during the conversation, and you don’t want an admin, an integration project or a bot in the participant list. The same app also covers interview, pitch, meeting notes and recruiting sessions, which matters if you’re a founder wearing four hats rather than a rep with one. Our guide to AI sales assistant tools maps the wider category, the discovery call playbook covers what the discovery sub mode is built around, and if you’re weighing desktop overlays specifically, our Cluely comparison is the closer fight.
What about the full job search pipeline?
If you are reading this comparison, you are probably either preparing for interviews or actively in a loop. Craqly helps you during the live conversation. It does not help you get the interview in the first place.
That gap is what LastRoundAI covers, and it is worth naming because it is our sister product and because it genuinely fills a hole Craqly leaves open. LastRoundAI builds your resume and scores it for ATS parsing, searches live job boards from Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby, auto-applies with tailored resumes and cover letters (you approve every one), runs voice mock interviews with feedback, and gives you a live copilot for the calls that come out of it. The whole pipeline from “I need a job” to “I am in the room” lives on one account.
Plenty of people use both: LastRoundAI to get the interview, Craqly in the room for everything after it. The free plans on both sides are enough to decide whether the handoffs work for your search.
No QA team, no dialer, just calls to win? Craqly installs on your Mac or PC, reads call audio locally, never joins the meeting, and suggests what to say while you’re still speaking. Start free with 20 credits and stealth mode.
Common questions
How much does Salesken cost?
Salesken does not publish figures. Its pricing page explains the model, licences priced per recorded user plus a platform fee based on supported users, with integration included, then routes you to a quote request. Ask for the per-user rate and the platform fee separately before comparing.
Can Craqly replace Salesken?
Only the live prompting piece. Salesken also delivers automated QA and compliance monitoring, revenue intelligence and CRM enrichment for a whole team. Craqly is a single-seat desktop copilot with none of those, so it is not a substitute if compliance or pipeline reporting is why you are buying.
Does Craqly work on phone calls?
Craqly captures system audio on your computer, so it works when the call audio plays through your machine, including softphones and browser dialers. It is built primarily around video calls on Zoom, Meet and Teams rather than telephony infrastructure, which is where Salesken is stronger.
Will anyone on the call know I am using Craqly?
Not from Craqly itself. It never joins as a participant, so no roster entry or recording notice appears, and stealth mode keeps the window out of screen shares on every plan including free. Disclosure rules for your own industry or employer still apply and are worth checking.
What are Craqly’s sales sub modes?
Sales mode splits into discovery, demo, negotiation and closing. Each changes what the assistant tracks, so discovery pushes on qualification gaps while negotiation watches concession and pricing language. Craqly also has interview, pitch, meeting notes and recruiting modes on every plan.
