Download Craqly Desktop

   Open the installer

   Open the .dmg from your Downloads, drag Craqly into Applications, then launch it from Applications. If macOS asks whether to open an app downloaded from the internet, click Open (or right-click Craqly in Applications → Open).

   Sign in with the same account

   Use the account you create here — create one free (20 credits, no card) — so your sessions show up on your dashboard.

   Show or hide Craqly

   Press ⌘ B any time to show or hide the Craqly overlay. If you open the app and see nothing, it is hidden — press it once.

   Allow Microphone and Screen Recording

   Craqly asks for both on one screen. Screen Recording is how macOS lets Craqly hear the other side of your call — without it nothing is transcribed.

   Run the installer

   Open the .exe from your Downloads. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway — the installer is not code-signed yet. Then follow the wizard.
