    How it works

A window only you can see, during the call itself.

Craqly is a desktop app, not a meeting bot. It listens to the audio already playing on your computer, understands what is being asked, and puts an answer on your screen while the conversation is still going.

The Craqly window sits over your call. Everyone else sees the call without it.

Four steps, then it stays out of your way

Setup takes about two minutes, once.

    1. 01

      Install and sign in

A normal desktop app for Mac and Windows. No browser extension, no calendar permissions, and nothing to add to your meeting tools.

    2. 02

      Pick what the call is

Interview, sales call, meeting notes, recruiting screen, or investor pitch. The mode decides how Craqly listens and what it offers you.

    3. 03

      Start your call anywhere

Zoom, Meet, Teams, a phone call on speaker. Craqly reads your computer's audio directly, so it never needs to join the call.

    4. 04

      Read the overlay, keep talking

Answers, notes and next steps appear in a window only you can see. Nothing is posted, sent, or spoken on your behalf.

It hears the call without ever joining it

Most AI notetakers dial into your meeting as a guest, which everyone can see and some companies block outright. Craqly reads the audio your computer is already playing, so there is nothing to admit and nothing to explain.

    • Works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, WebEx — and phone calls on speaker
    • No integrations, no calendar access, no bot on the participant list
    • Captures both sides when the mode needs it, like sales and recruiting calls
    • Live transcription in 18 languages

An answer you can still use

Speed is the whole product. An answer that lands after you have started improvising is worse than nothing, so the first words typically appear under a second after the other person stops speaking — and keep streaming while you read.

    • First words in under a second, typically
    • Answers stream in as they are generated, so you can start reading immediately
    • Written to be spoken aloud — no bullet points to translate mid-sentence
    • Answer length follows the setting you choose: short, medium, or detailed
    They stopped speaking

How did you handle the pricing objection on the Northwind deal?

Illustrative timing. Real sessions vary with network and question length.

Invisible when you share your screen

The overlay is excluded from screen capture by the operating system itself — not hidden by a trick that a recording can catch. Share your whole screen and the window simply is not in the picture.

    • Excluded from screen sharing and recordings at the OS level
    • Stays on top of your call window, and out of Mission Control and the taskbar
    • Move, resize, or hide it instantly with a keyboard shortcut
    • No sound, no notifications, nothing that can give it away

What you actually get on screen

Different work needs different help, so each mode shows you something different.

What does your current onboarding look like end to end?

    You00:18

Today it's about three weeks, mostly waiting on data migration.

    Maya00:31

    And who owns that internally?

A full transcript. Every session keeps a speaker-labeled record you can reread, search, or email to yourself.

Your hands never leave the keyboard

You cannot go hunting for a mouse in the middle of a sentence. Everything you need mid-call is one shortcut away, and the window never steals focus from the call.

    • Show or hide the overlay instantly
    • Ask a follow-up question by typing, without speaking
    • Capture what is on your screen when the question is about something visual
    • Move the window without touching the trackpad
    AI Response

Craqly stays on top of every window — position it exactly where you're looking.

You decide what leaves your machine

By default, a session's transcript and notes are saved to your private dashboard so you can go back to them. Only you can see them, and you can delete any session at any time.

If you would rather nothing left your machine at all, two settings change that. Save session data turned off and Keep notes on this device only turned on means the transcript and notes are written to your computer and nowhere else. What reaches the server is the session's start time, end time, and duration — the minimum needed to bill you for the minutes you used.

This holds across every mode: interviews, sales calls, meetings, recruiting screens, and pitches all honour the same two settings.
